Standard Usage Terms:

Each package includes a negotiable, three-year, comprehensive usage license. This allows you to use the images without restrictions on how or where they are used. You can showcase freely without worrying about extra fees or limitations. However, you may not resale or share the photos for use with others without a license.

Following the initial three-year term, you are permitted to utilize the images for your portfolio, website(s), and social media platforms. However, for any usage in marketing campaigns beyond this timeframe, a license renewal will be required, priced at the prevailing market rate for each media desired to be used in the campaign.

This policy is to maintain a fair and sustainable professional relationship. It recognizes the ongoing value and impact these images contribute to your marketing efforts. Renewing the licensing agreement is essential to guarantee equitable compensation for my artistic contributions, fostering mutual growth and respect within our professional relationship. This approach honors the value of my creative work and aligns with our shared commitment to a sustainable and beneficial business partnership.

Photo credit is appreciated in news articles, award submissions, and social media posts, with a link back where possible.
